Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Handmade Wares:

Slight variations in size, shape and color are expected and appreciated with handmade ceramics. All of my ceramics are food safe. Hand washing is recommended for the longevity of handmade items.

Minimum Orders:

The minimum for first time wholesale orders is $200, reorder minimum is $100. Feel free to mix and match styles within the minimum.

Payment:

Payment in full is due prior to shipment. Please make sure to remit payment prior to your ship date to avoid delays. Orders over $500 require a 25% deposit to begin production. I am happy to accept payment by credit card, paypal and check.

Shipping:

Turnaround time on wholesale orders is 4-6 weeks, but I always try to ship as quickly as possible.

All items typically ship via USPS. Other methods of shipping are available upon request. Please contact me prior to making a purchase if you would like to specify a preferred shipping method. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. kristen saksa juen is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items:

I take great care packaging each item for shipping. However, if you receive an item that is broken or damaged in shipment, please contact me within five days of receipt. I will handle the claim with the shipping carrier and arrange to send a replacement as soon as possible. Please retain the packaging and broken product until notified.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the made-to-order nature of my work, I regret I cannot offer refunds. All sales are final on custom designs.  I will accept returns for exchange only on wholesale items, if you contact me within 14 days of receipt of goods and receive written authorization to return the goods. To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned in the same condition that you received them. Please note, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and all shipping charges are non-refundable. kristen saksa juen is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.

Cancellations:

Due to the made-to-order nature of my work, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, unless otherwise agreed upon by kristen saksa juen in writing.
